Arlington Fight Team (Fighters Only)
Must have previous martial arts experience or sports related background. This program is for the elite fighters only. Our fight team is consisited of amature to professional and UFC fighters. Arlington Fight Team Fighters travel all over the country and hold several titles and belts across the US.

New MMA Fighter Program
This class is designed for future Arlington MMA Fighters. New fighters will get a chance to train with Head Coaches and train with Arlington Fight Team Fighters. Must pass try out and interview with Head Coach. No experience is required for this program as long as you have the desire to be a fighter. Total body movements recruiting new sets of muscles burning more calories then your old cardio routine. Have a great workout and learn how to defend yourself at the same time! We love to mix in Thai boxing movements with your every day routine. Its a great way to burn some calories, do some cardio, have some fun, while kicking butt!
ThaiBoxing (Muay Thai)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
It is a ground fighting art that was popularized in America by the legendary Gracie family. Jiu-Jitsu concentrates on dominating your opponent on the ground by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning to control an opponent's body movement. This style allows for a smaller person to defeat a much larger attacker. We recommend this style for men and women looking for a great workout and realistic self-defense.
MMA, Mixed Martial Arts/ NoHolds Barred Fighting
Mixed Martial Arts was popularized in America by The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). No Holds Barred (NHB) competition isn’t for everyone. But if you have an interest in NHB, want to train at a school that can prepare you for NHB, or just want to experience the great mental and physical rush that comes with NHB training, we can help you. Stand-up: Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and/or forms of full contact karate are trained to improve footwork, elbowing, kicking, kneeing and punching. Clinch: Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Sambo, and Judo are trained to improve clinching, takedowns and throws, while Muay Thai is trained to improve the striking aspect of the clinch. Ground: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, shoot wrestling, catch wrestling, Judo, and Sambo are trained to improve submission holds, and defense against them. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, pankration, and styles of amateur wrestling are trained to improve positioning and maintain ground control.

We are the promotions and management division for professional and amature fighters. As a fighter we need to concentrate on our training. Fighters Inc specialize in the developement and marketing of our fighters. We network with several promoters and matchmaker within the MMA community. Master Francois Nguyen personally manage all fighters for the Arlington Fight Team

Personal Kickboxing Training
Kickboxing is an exciting and dynamic way to achieve the body you have always wanted. Kickboxing provides a whole body workout and is thus a very effective training tool. It involves high impact exercise, and is therefore great for:
Burning calories Toning muscles Increasing endurance levels Improving flexibility I train male and female kickboxing clients of all ages, ranging from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. I have designed a special 30-week course aimed at beginners. It starts from teaching basic upper body punches and ducking movements and progresses through to more advanced hand, leg and elbow combinations. I also teach this course to groups of personal trainers in health clubs around the US. The popularity of this course continues to grow.
I also run kickboxing sessions on a one-to-one basis. Individual clients experience great results from sessions geared specifically for them. Whatever the client goals, boxing and kickboxing training can fit into anyone’s fitness program, maybe to replace or complement a current cardiovascular programme or to take up as an exciting new sport.
As so little space and equipment are required, kickboxing training can work perfectly in a home or small studio. In fact, I am yet to find anyone who has not achieved his or her personal fitness goals using this style of training.
